Counselling and training under § 37 Abs. 3 SGB XI

Counselling and training under § 37 Abs. 3 SGB XI is aimed at people who receive care allowance (Pflegegeld) and at family carers.

  • Counselling visits for care level (Pflegegrad) 1
  • Care counselling every six months for care levels 2 and 3
  • Care counselling every three months for care levels 4 and 5
